On October 16, USPCA personal chefs Tanya Barbarics, Lisa Cifelli and Fran Davis headed over to the Pour the Core hard cider tasting and sampled over 25 different ciders for local breweries.
While at Pour The Core: A Hard Cider Festival, the chefs needed some food to balance all the cider they were drinking. Tanya and Fran particularly loved this shrimp tempura sushi burrito from Hai Street Kitchen & Co. US! So yummy!
